We are seeking an exceptional Site Account Manager to join our Asia Pacific East Sales and Services team. As a key player, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic account management, while fostering strong relationships with key decision makers at our customer sites.

This role offers the opportunity to travel extensively, up to 60% of the time, allowing you to broaden your professional horizons and expand your expertise.

About the Job:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Foster strong relationships with key decision makers at our customer sites.
  • Coordinate activities of any Metso function at the site.
  • Monitor and report on site sales activities, performance, and shutdown schedules.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective survey and feedback mechanisms.
  • Support Accounts Receivable and payment collections.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  1. At least 5 years of direct sales experience.
  2. Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, or Metallurgist studies, or similar engineering discipline.
  3. Experience in site and/or mineral processing is advantageous.
  4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  5. Strong understanding of accounting procedures, including profit and loss, budgets, and gross margins.
  6. Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  7. Valid motor vehicle license and passport.
  8. Ability to travel extensively, up to 60% of the time.
  9. Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
  10. Effective sales and presentation skills.
  11. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
