About the Role
The National Disability Insurance Agency is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Participant Support Officer Practice Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Service Delivery State/Territory based business units, you will play a major role in the ongoing support of our participants and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research capability development and quality trends, conducting analysis and reporting on key findings.
- Develop and deliver training resources, supporting new starters and existing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Conduct quality assurance activities, providing feedback to team leaders and individuals on trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide administration support for complex Service Delivery areas, including recruitment and drafting correspondence.
Requirements
- Possess well-developed planning and organising skills to assist with team and internal stakeholders goals.
- Proven administration and leadership experience, with the ability to recognise peoples strengths, show empathy and have inclusive decision-making skills.
