As a key member of our Service Delivery State/Territory based business units, you will play a major role in the ongoing support of our participants and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research capability development and quality trends, conducting analysis and reporting on key findings.
  • Develop and deliver training resources, supporting new starters and existing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct quality assurance activities, providing feedback to team leaders and individuals on trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide administration support for complex Service Delivery areas, including recruitment and drafting correspondence.

Requirements

  • Possess well-developed planning and organising skills to assist with team and internal stakeholders goals.
