Job Opportunity: Maintenance Supervisor - Plumbing

A dynamic and experienced plumber is sought to join our organization as a Maintenance Supervisor. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a leadership role in our fast-paced team environment.

The successful applicant will possess strong plumbing skills, job knowledge, and the ability to lead and inspire staff to deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Ensure site staff provide an incomparable experience for customers
  • Lead a positive team culture that drives results and success
  • Develop Service Technicians into high-performing tradespeople
  • Monitor budgets and costs on service jobs
  • Execute tactical and operational plans

Key requirements include:

  • 5+ years plumbing industry experience
  • Previous supervisory experience (trade business preferred)
  • Certificate IV including backflow & TMV courses
  • Clear criminal history
  • Driver's license - C class or above
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills
