Job Description

The Plumbing Operations Director oversees the daily activities within the plumbing department, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard. This role involves coordinating teams, managing customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

The Plumbing Operations Director ensures that all aspects of the plumbing services offered meet the expectations and needs of both residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Dispatching: Oversee the scheduling, dispatching, and assignment of plumbing jobs to ensure efficient allocation of resources and timely completion of projects.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory control of plumbing supplies and equipment, ensuring availability of necessary materials while minimizing waste and controlling costs.
  • Safety Protocols: Implement and enforce safety protocols and standards to ensure a safe working environment for all plumbing staff and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Customer Relations: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, providing resolutions in a timely and professional manner to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
