We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Plumbing Operations Coordinator to lead our plumbing team.

About the Role:
  • Project Management
    • Our ideal candidate will oversee the scheduling, dispatching, and assignment of plumbing jobs to ensure efficient allocation of resources and timely completion of projects.
  • Inventory Control
    • They will be responsible for managing inventory control of plumbing supplies and equipment, ensuring availability of necessary materials while minimizing waste and controlling costs.
  • Health and Safety
    • The selected candidate will implement and enforce health and safety protocols and standards to ensure a safe working environment for all plumbing staff and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Customer Service
    • Excellent customer service skills are essential, as they will handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, providing resolutions in a timely and professional manner to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiations
    • They will negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure advantageous terms and ensure the procurement of high-quality materials and services.
  • Team Development
    • The successful candidate will facilitate ongoing training and professional development opportunities for plumbing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in the latest plumbing techniques and technologies.
  • Process Improvement
    • They will perform periodic evaluations of plumbing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and innovation, driving efficiency and effectiveness in operations.
About You:
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • A relevant degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required.
    • Proven track record of success in project management, inventory control, health and safety, customer service, negotiations, team development, and process improvement.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
