Job Title: Plumbing Operations Manager Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Plumbing Operations Manager to oversee the delivery of plumbing services within our area. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of plumbing systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead a team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise plumbers and drainers to ensure timely completion of jobs
  • Check job sites at different stages and report any issues
  • Read plans and job files, making relevant notes for plumbers and drainers
  • Manage relationships with builders, plumbers, and drainers to deliver jobs on time
  • Record job completion notes
  • Collaborate with office staff to meet schedules
  • Arrange final inspections with authorities
 Requirements:
  • Excellent work ethic and a can-do attitude
  • Ability to build relationships with team members, customers, and supervisors
  • Team player
  • Good communication skills
  • Recognized trade qualifications
  • Basic computer skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Clean driving record
  • At least 15 years of experience in the plumbing industry
