Public Civil Infrastructure Manager

This role is a leadership position that involves managing staff and providing direction to ensure high-quality service delivery. It requires strong communication skills, the ability to motivate and develop team performance, and a focus on Workplace Health and Safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day direction, supervision, and support to inspection staff.
- Motivate and develop team performance to meet service standards.
- Maintain WHS&E standards ensuring compliance against relevant Statutory Regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in task allocation, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
- Understanding of public civil assets such as roads, drainage, pathways, signage, street furniture, etc.
- Familiarity with inspection standards, maintenance planning, and asset condition reporting.
