  • Lead the Engineering Services team to deliver infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
  • Act as asset owner for multiple asset classes, ensuring compliance with relevant policies, strategies, and plans.
  • Manage development and implementation of Asset Management Systems and Maintenance Management Systems.
  • Oversee complex civil infrastructure designs and provide technical advice to stakeholders and the community.
  • Deliver effective project management including procurement, contract administration, and budget control.
  • Engage in consultation and liaison with residents, government agencies, contractors, and officials.
