About the Role:As a Civil Asset Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive maintenance strategies to meet the needs of our diverse community in Western Sydney.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintenance Planning: Develop tailored maintenance plans to preserve the condition of buildings, roads, and other critical infrastructure.
- Coordination and Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and regulatory bodies, to ensure seamless execution and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess maintenance activities and provide recommendations for improvement to optimize outcomes.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in managing civil asset maintenance, with a strong background in project management and budget administration.
- Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
