Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Receptionist to join our team at Chandler Macleod. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Visitor Management: Greet visitors, direct them to the relevant person or area, and ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
  2. Communication: Answer and transfer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
  3. Scheduling: Schedule appointments, manage meeting rooms, and coordinate with team members to ensure seamless communication.
  4. Administrative Tasks: Handle mail and deliveries, maintain the reception area, and perform basic office tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
  5. Financial Transactions: Process payments using EFT and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role is required.
  2. Skills: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Software Proficiency: Experience with Xero and MS Office is mandatory, with BGL and Suite File being advantageous.
  4. Education: 3-4 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
