The Regional Council is seeking an experienced Senior Leadership professional to lead its infrastructure department, focusing on road construction, maintenance, and contract management.
The Role:
As Senior Road Construction Leadership Role, you will oversee the planning and execution of road rehabilitation and construction projects, including concrete structures and road resurfacing.
This involves managing both internal teams and external contracts to ensure high standards of service delivery.
About You:
Applicants should have at least five years of experience in civil road construction and leadership, with skills in budget management, contract negotiation, and safety protocols.
While formal qualifications in civil engineering are desirable, they are not required, and experience in a similar position is also valued.
What We Offer:
This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $140,000 to $155,000, based on experience and qualifications, along with additional benefits such as five weeks of annual leave and housing.
