Job Summary

This senior leadership role involves overseeing the planning and execution of road rehabilitation and construction projects, including concrete structures and road resurfacing. You will manage both internal teams and external contracts to ensure high standards of service delivery.

About You

You will have at least five years of experience in civil road construction and leadership, with skills in budget management, contract negotiation, and safety protocols. While formal qualifications in civil engineering are desirable, they are not required, and experience in a similar position is also valuable.

What We Offer

This permanent role offers a competitive salary ranging from $140,000 to $155,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include five weeks of annual leave and housing opportunities.
