Commerical Growth Leader

We are accelerating our 4WD & Touring business and seeking a commercially sharp Business Manager to build it from the ground up. This role offers autonomy to create and deliver your vision, clear progression pathways and development plans, and flexible hybrid working arrangements.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead, grow, and leave a legacy in a new growth category. You will be responsible for developing and executing a Business Unit plan that drives sales, profitability, and category differentiation in the market.

  • Owning the strategy to drive commercial growth
  • Shaping the product range through customer-led development and sourcing strategies
  • Delivering sales, gross profit, and inventory targets
  • Leading a high-performing team to achieve stretch goals and build a strong succession pipeline

You will have the ability to thrive under pressure, anticipate roadblocks before they appear, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive alignment and execution. A passion for 4WD, caravanning, or the great outdoors is beneficial but not essential. Commercial brilliance is what we really want.

What We're Looking For

We require a proven track record in delivering sales, GP, and inventory targets in a fast-moving retail environment. Excellent negotiation, strategy, and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to translate insights into strategic actions. Strong collaboration skills and experience working across multiple stakeholders are also required.
