Aged Care Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a qualified Compliance Advisor to support organizational compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and quality requirements across home care, residential aged care, affordable housing, and independent living.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring regulatory changes, maintaining compliance registers, supporting accreditation processes, and providing guidance to service leaders and business units.
This role involves collaboration with operational teams, risk and assurance functions, and governance managers to ensure organizational compliance.
- Interpret and apply aged care, disability, and housing regulations to ensure compliance.
- Support accreditation applications, re-accreditation, and compliance audits.
- Maintain compliance registers, track activities, and provide reports to senior leaders.
- Provide guidance and training on regulatory obligations.
- Develop and implement compliance strategies with governance and risk management teams.
- Promote a safe work environment by adhering to WHS policies.
- Experience in compliance, risk management, or accreditation within aged care, health, or community services.
- Strong knowledge of aged care regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to interpret and apply legislation, regulations, and compliance requirements to business operations.
- Relevant qualifications and certifications.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
