The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for engaging with various stakeholders, including care delivery location workers, older people, and their representatives.

Lead Auditor Role:

This position involves leading on-site audits to assess the performance of aged care providers' systems and processes.

  • Leading site-based assessments to evaluate compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Working in the field to collect and document evidence through observations, document review, and stakeholder interviews.
  • Providing guidance and support to the audit team, ensuring effective delegation of tasks and workload management.
  • Cultivating a collaborative team environment, facilitating audit team meetings, and maintaining open communication with team members.
