Clinical Support Professional

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our Clinical Support team, dedicated to enhancing the lives of older Australians.

  • Provide expert clinical advice and determine eligibility for aged care needs assessments.

About the Role:

As a Clinical Support Professional, you will play a vital role in enabling individuals to live fulfilling lives. You will work closely with our team to provide high-quality services that meet the unique needs of each client.

  • Determine client needs and make delegate decisions under the new Aged Care Act.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake comprehensive reviews of clients' needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education in a health-related discipline (e.g., registered nurses, medical officers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and social workers).
  • Current unrestricted General Registration with AHPRA or relevant professional association.
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in aged care needs assessments.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • High computer literacy and proficiency in online systems.
