Regional Leadership Opportunity - Aged Care Organisation

The position of Executive Officer presents a unique chance to lead a regional Not for Profit Residential Aged Care Organisation. This esteemed role demands exceptional leadership and management skills, with the successful candidate required to provide vision and direction for the organisation.

This opportunity involves overseeing the delivery of high-quality aged care services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and driving business growth through strategic planning and effective risk management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of governance practices and be able to support the operations of the Board of Management.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading an effective team and empowering staff to deliver exceptional client-focused care services
  • Collaborating with Boards to set clear strategies and business focuses
  • Providing leadership and innovative thinking to continually improve aged care outcomes
  • Ensuring delivery of a high standard of care and promoting dignified aged care
  • Developing management strategies and systems to meet all quality standards and statutory compliance requirements

The successful candidate will hold tertiary qualifications in a relevant area such as Business, Finance, Health or similar and have demonstrated experience in managing and leading at a senior level in a rural aged care environment.
