Senior Geotechnical Engineering Professional

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Geotechnical Engineering Professional to manage and execute complex projects related to tailings storage facilities and mine waste management.

This role demands strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with clients and colleagues effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in civil or geotechnical engineering, experience in consulting environments, and knowledge of relevant geotechnical engineering software. A valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record are also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement tailings storage facilities and mine waste management systems.
  • Conduct geotechnical analyses using various software packages.
  • Develop and manage instrumentation monitoring systems.
  • Prepare engineering reports, design calculations, drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil or geotechnical engineering or a related field (required).
  • At least 8 years (10+ preferred) of directly relevant experience in a consulting environment (required).
  • Knowledge of relevant geotechnical engineering software (required).
  • Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record (required).
