Property Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Officer to join our team in Canberra. As a Property Officer, you will be responsible for managing the sourcing and maintenance of residential properties for our clients, ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety legislation and building statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Sourcing and managing leased residential properties and buildings
- Maintaining internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Providing assistance to incoming and departing staff on residential property matters
- Ensuring staff residential properties meet established Health and Safety regulations and client standards
- Supporting activities to manage the residential estate budget
- Overseeing general upkeep and communicating with site management team as necessary
- Delivering high standards of customer service and being responsive to staff needs and requests
- University degree or equivalent qualification
- Relevant experience in residential property management or related role
- Knowledge of Health and Safety standards, fire and electrical safety
- Knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office software and residential property management software
- Understanding of relevant building statutory requirements
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
