About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Coordinator to join our Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Facility Managers, ensuring the smooth operation of our properties and related infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional tenant liaison services, ensuring timely follow-up and action on all tenant requests.
  • Manage access control systems, including programming and issuing access control cards and keys.
  • Accurately type and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Communicate effectively with Facility Managers, keeping them updated on all tenant inquiries.
  • Maintain organized filing systems.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests with contractors.
  • Manage invoice coding.
  • Ensure contractors are properly inducted and receive necessary paperwork before commencing maintenance work.
  • Provide reception support on a rotational basis.
  • Assist Facility Managers with both contracted and non-contracted maintenance tasks.

Requirements
  • A candidate with experience in a fast-paced, high-volume administrative role.
  • Desirable experience in property-related positions such as property consultancy, property management, or facilities management.
  • A Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen for clearance purposes.
  • A self-starter capable of working independently, with strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
