Compassionate Caregiver for Family Partnership Program

The Australian Family Partnership Program (FPP) is a voluntary, evidence-based, home visitation program aimed at enhancing maternal and child health. As a key member of the Central Australian Aboriginal Congress team, you will work collaboratively with eligible women from early pregnancy until their child turns two.

About the Role
As a Registered Nurse/Midwife or Aboriginal Family Partnership Worker, you will be responsible for working closely with clients, providing support, guidance, and care. Your dedication and compassion will make a significant difference in the lives of those you serve.

**Salary:** The estimated annual salary for this role is $115,459 - $123,981, inclusive of base salary, district allowance, superannuation, leave loading, and estimated tax savings from salary packaging options.
**Benefits:** We provide a range of benefits, including six weeks' annual leave, 10.5% superannuation, and access to the Congress health services for you and your family at no cost. You will also receive a district allowance and remote benefits.
