Job Title:

eLearning Training Specialist

Main Responsibilities:
  • Validate training needs analysis and training plans.
  • Create interactive eLearning modules and user guides, including digital collateral.
  • Develop pre-training familiarisation videos for end-user readiness.
  • Design and deliver user 'drop-in sessions' (online Teams based delivery) content for on-the-job support.
  • Manage a training schedule for staged roll-out.
  • Track and report on training completion rates and evaluation surveys.
Key Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • E-Learning content development experience is essential.
  • Experience in HR projects, such as timesheets and payroll.
