Learning Experience Developer

We are seeking a skilled Learning Experience Developer to join our team. As a Learning Experience Developer, you will have the opportunity to design and develop engaging learning experiences that meet the needs of our clients.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand learning objectives and develop effective training solutions.
  • Design and develop new instructional modules and courses, as well as re-develop existing ones to meet evolving business needs.
  • Implement modern learning technologies to create interactive and immersive learning experiences.

Key Skills and Expertise:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher and (5) years of experience with multiple course authoring modalities, including video, HTML5, Camtasia, SCOs such as Articulate and others.
  • Minimum of five (5) years designing and developing eLearning.

Additional Qualifications:

Experience in creating learning simulations for software, video and animation skills, professional training in Adult Education, Organisational Learning, education Technology, Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Educational Psychology or related field, background in healthcare helpful, big-picture thinking, visual and written storytelling, interpersonal skills and judgment in order to interact effectively with a broad spectrum of people, both individually and in groups is required.
