Your Impact:

As the Learning Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of learning at Goodstart. By designing and delivering world-class leadership and capability programs, you will empower our people to grow, thrive, and make a lasting impact on children and families.

Your ability to build strategic partnerships, anticipate workforce needs, and create innovative, engaging learning solutions will drive organisational performance, strengthen our learning culture, and align with Goodstart's People & Culture priorities. Through data-driven insights and human-centred design, you will ensure learning is accessible, effective, and scalable—enhancing individual and organisational success.

You'll bring to the table:

• Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organisational Development, or Psychology, with at least 5 years of experience leading L&D teams in a large, complex organisation.
• Expertise: Deep knowledge of the full learning cycle, adult learning theories, instructional design, and supporting technologies.
• Strategic & Operational Thinking: Ability to think strategically while effectively managing operational demands.
• Stakeholder Management & Influence: Strong skills in consultation, negotiation, and influencing at all levels.
• Human-Centred & Innovative Design: Proven experience in applying human-centred design principles to learning solutions.
• Leadership & Project Management: Excellent ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring timely and impactful delivery, as well as leading your team to create impactful and fit-for-purpose solutions.
