About the Role

Teradata is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for expanding our capabilities and ecosystem across a portfolio of accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Results and Growth - Achieve specific Key Sales Objectives within assigned existing and new accounts, build a pipeline of opportunities for services and technology.
  • Strategic Prospecting and Account Planning - Research prospective organizations to develop the value proposition for Teradata solutions, utilize a structured approach for identifying and measuring the quality of potential new business.
  • Reporting, Administration, and Training - Complete, update, and submit account and opportunity cadence, build and manage pipeline within Salesforce to meet and exceed reporting standards.
  • Account and Opportunity Management - Develop and maintain a Territory Plan for the assigned New Business Territory, develop and maintain an Account Plan for all Managed Prospects.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of solutions sales or closely relevant experience.
  • Experience in selling complex technology solutions advantageous.
  • Knowledge across Business Intelligence, Data and Analytics, and AI/ML preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in building, elevating, and nurturing relationships within key prospects.
  • Understanding of and success in a sales environment that requires creation of capital expenditure plans and budgets.

A current AGSVA security clearance is required, with a sensitivity about the data and solutions we provide is mandatory.
