At Four Seasons Hotel Sydney, located at the epicentre of the historic Rocks district, sparkling Harbour and buzzing CBD, chic rooms and suites embrace the iconic attractions just steps away. The award-winning restaurant and street front bar are destinations unto themselves.

You will report to the Regional Commercial Director and provide administrative support, including diary management, meeting coordination, and minute-taking. You will also collate and submit the monthly Sales & Marketing report in coordination with relevant departments.

Additionally, you will assist in the development and formatting of presentations and marketing documents, liaise with Sales & Marketing team members and other departments daily, coordinate logistics for trade shows and exhibitions, and maintain marketing and client databases.
