Experience Activation Program Coordinator

To drive outstanding performance for our partners, we seek a skilled program coordinator to develop and deliver customer experience programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of customer experience initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, operations teams, and field teams to ensure seamless communication and project success.
  • Manage resource allocation, data analysis, and program insights to inform business decisions and optimize program outcomes.
Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in business, marketing, or communications (preferred but not essential).
  • Previous experience working in retail, administration, or client service roles is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to interpret and analyze data.
  • An intermediate level of MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
