The role of Procurement Operations Analyst involves undertaking analytical, technical and support activities within the procurement team. This includes supplier onboarding, due diligence and master data management, as well as financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct and analyse supplier due diligence for a range of suppliers in conjunction with Procurement Business Partners.
- Identify industry trends and developments to assist in managing supply chain risks.
- Undertake site visits where necessary and implement continuous improvement initiatives for procurement processes and technology.
- Develop robust spend models using data from various sources, providing insight into supply markets and internal demand analysis.
- Derive meaningful insights from complex datasets for decision-making purposes.
- Manage and maintain procurement technology, including integration with other systems.
This is an opportunity for an experienced Procurement Operations Analyst to join our organisation. The successful candidate will have:
Required Skills and Qualifications:- A Bachelor's degree in business, commerce or economics.
- Strong experience with Microsoft PowerBI, Excel and PowerPoint skills in gathering raw data and transforming it into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of procurement concepts, objectives and function activities.
- Experience with Source-to-Contract solutions such as Jaggaer.
- Proven skills in developing and managing complex datasets.
