Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation and contract management skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and develop strategies to improve procurement performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organisational goals and objectives.
  • Oversee vendor relationships to ensure they meet service level agreements and contract requirements.
  • Manage contracts and contract negotiations, including drafting and reviewing contracts.
  • Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams on procurement-related matters.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
  • Lead supplier selection and evaluation processes to ensure we are working with the best possible vendors.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience in procurement, with a focus on contract management and vendor management.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience drafting and reviewing contracts.
  • Ability to analyse data and develop strategies to improve procurement performance.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
