As a Graduate Field Service Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting clients across the region. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Installation and configuration of advanced instrumentation.
  • Performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure optimal instrument performance.
  • Advising clients on best practices, configurations, and service plans to improve performance and reliability.
  • Be involved in complex instrument deployments in laboratory environments.

You will work closely with our team of high-performing professionals to deliver exceptional service and support. We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual who enjoys being in front of customers and supporting them while demonstrating technical expertise.

Apart from delivering excellent customer service, your responsibilities will include:

  • Installation, configuration, and commissioning of Agilent instrumentation (LC, LC/MS, GC, GC/MS, Atomic Spectroscopy systems).
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks and resolving technical issues.
  • Providing application-level support and training to clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you should have a relevant Master's degree or University Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Biology. A proactive approach, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Your strong technical knowledge and enthusiasm for learning will enable you to excel in this role and provide exceptional value to our clients.
