Reinstatement Coordinator Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating residential builds, renovations or commercial fitouts. They must be able to coordinate and negotiate with suppliers and tradespeople effectively.

  • Coordinating reinstatement renovations of recently vacated properties, arranging painting and new carpets with the end customer in mind;
  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders such as village managers, sales managers, tradespeople and contractors during the resale process;
  • Complete general contract administration and invoicing;
  • Ensure safety and compliance of suppliers on site;
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced individual with the following skills:

  • Experience in coordinating residential builds, renovations or commercial fitouts;
  • Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels;
  • Excellent coordination, communication, time management and interpersonal skills;
  • Commitment to quality, professionalism, confidentiality and attention to detail;
