Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough site inspections to identify areas of improvement and develop comprehensive renovation plans.
  • Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects, manage budgets, and maintain quality control throughout the process.
  • Analyze financial data to optimize project costs, enhance cost-effectiveness, and drive business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the pool industry, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Full Driver License, manual.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
