Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality residential renovations in Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and interpret project plans prior to commencement.
  • Establish and prepare sites for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Manage project schedules and coordinate subcontractors effectively, maintaining tight deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory codes and standards, guaranteeing exceptional outcomes.
  • Oversee quality assurance, manage site-based issue resolution, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Nurture strong relationships with clients, trades, and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Represent the company professionally, supporting the development of trade staff and driving business growth.
  • Supervise renovations through to completion, ensuring final sign-off meets expectations.
Requirements:
  • Trade-qualified professional with at least 10 years' experience in bathroom/kitchen renovations.
  • Thorough understanding of wet area codes and compliance (e.g., AS 3740).
  • Confident user of mobile apps and job management tools, with ability to adapt quickly.
  • Current driver's license and willingness to travel across Brisbane, as required.
  • Able to pass a full police check, ensuring public safety.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills, with a proactive approach.
  • Reliable, committed to delivering high-quality results, and dedicated to excellence.
