Job Title: Site Supervisor

\

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead our team in delivering high-quality residential renovations across Brisbane.

\

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • Review and interpret full scope of works prior to commencement.
  • Establish and prepare sites for multiple concurrent projects.
  • Manage project schedules and coordinate subcontractors effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory codes and wet area standards.
  • Oversee quality assurance and manage site-based issue resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, trades and stakeholders.
  • Provide positive business representation and support the development of trade staff.
  • Supervise renovations through to completion and final sign-off.

Requirements:

\
  • Trade qualified with a minimum of 10 years' experience in bathroom/kitchen renovations.
  • Solid understanding of wet area codes and compliance (e.g. AS 3740).
  • Confident using mobile apps and job management tools.
  • Current driver's licence and willingness to travel across Brisbane.
  • Able to pass a full police check.
  • Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills.
  • Proactive, reliable and committed to high-quality outcomes.
