Senior Technical Proposal Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Proposal Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing technical and commercial proposals that meet the needs of our customers.
Responsibilities:- Lead the development of detailed, customised proposals for industrial automation services.
- Accomplish proposal activities including technical assessment, risk identification and mitigation, proposal generation, approvals, and order entry.
- Ensure proposals meet defined margin and compliance requirements.
- Deliver accurate, professional proposals within expected timeframes.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Preferably in a network-related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in proposal/project engineering within industrial automation.
- Technical knowledge of automation technologies (PLCs, DCS, drives).
- Understanding of cost structures, pricing strategies, and margin analysis is critical.
- You will be asked to use MS office tools.
