Electro-Mechanical Field Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Electro-Mechanical Field Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They must also hold a QLD REL (restricted electrical licence) or be eligible to get one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform necessary repairs and preventive maintenance on designated equipment in a professional and customer-focused manner
  • Ensure all repairs are attended to satisfactorily within the required timeframe
  • Provide technical assistance via telephone or at customer sites
  • Prepare quotations for equipment repair and evaluation for warranty repair
  • Assess and report on product performance, faults, and make recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary degree in Electronics / Biomedical Engineering /Electronics or related fields
  • Solid technical experience in an electro-mechanical and/or electrical field
  • QLD REL (restricted electrical licence) or eligibility to obtain one
