Field Service Engineer, Brisbane

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality field service solutions to our customers.

You will be working independently and as part of a team to ensure that all service activities are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on designated equipment in a professional and customer-focused manner
  • Ensure all repairs are attended to satisfactorily within the required timeframe
  • Provide technical assistance via telephone or at customer sites
Required Skills and Qualifications:

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a tertiary degree in Electronics/Biomedical Engineering/Electronics or related fields. You must hold QLD REL (restricted electrical licence) or be eligible to obtain one. Strong technical experience in an electro-mechanical and/or electrical field is also essential.

Additional requirements include solid communication and relationship-building skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
