Leader in the Supply of Mechanical Parts

Our client is a renowned leader in the supply of mechanical parts to the auto/truck sector, boasting a long history of excellence in their field.

We are currently seeking an experienced Key Operational Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in branch management and a deep understanding of the parts sector, although experience from another industry with similar skills will also be considered.

The role involves working Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm, with occasional Saturdays if required (paid overtime for weekend work) in the Moree area.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small, dedicated team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment
  • Oversee OH&S, inventory/stock management, ensuring seamless operations
  • Manage profit and loss statements, providing accurate reporting
  • Support your team in daily operations, addressing challenges and implementing solutions
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated leadership and team management expertise
  • Experience in managing branch operations, driving growth and efficiency
  • Strong computer literacy and reporting capabilities
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Solid knowledge of the auto/truck parts industry (advantageous)

Salary and Benefits:

A competitive salary package, including a fully maintained company vehicle, will be negotiated with the successful candidate based on their experience. A quarterly performance-based bonus will also be offered, providing an opportunity to earn additional income.
