About the Role:

The role is focused on supporting the operations of assigned key accounts to ensure sustainable sales growth through effective forecasting and business analysis.

The ideal candidate will provide relevant support in executing Ferrero business sales strategies with customers, manage trade spend, and be responsible for loading accurate accruals into the SAP TM system.

Key responsibilities include timely and accurate claim management, handling forecasting, promotional analysis, and providing insights to ensure accurate customer forecasts.

The successful candidate will also manage regular reporting, complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting as required, and ensure all key stakeholders receive them in a timely manner.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in executing Ferrero business sales strategies with customers
  • Manage trade spend and load accurate accruals into SAP TM system
  • Timely and accurate claim management
  • Handle forecasting and promotional analysis
  • Provide insights for accurate customer forecasts
  • Manage regular reporting and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting as required

Requirements:

  • High orientation to detail, analytical capabilities, and result orientation
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, cross-teams collaboration skills, effective time management, and high adaptability to changing environments
  • Ability to communicate effectively across different teams, with strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate MS Office knowledge (Excel), SAP proficiency is a strong plus
  • Commercial experience, preferably in field sales or sales coordination roles in the FMCG industry is highly desired
