Business Development Opportunity

Georgiou is seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager to play a vital role in our east coast expansion, uncovering new business opportunities, and forging strong partnerships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying and Developing New Business Opportunities - Lead the charge in finding and pursuing projects that leverage our strengths and contribute to our growth goals.
- Building Strong Client Relationships - Foster trust and collaboration with key clients and consultants, representing Georgiou with our values of Care, Integrity, and Excellence.
- Market Research and Strategic Insights - Provide valuable insights to fuel informed decision-making, sharpening your analytical skills to drive business growth.
- Representing Georgiou - Be our champion at industry events and client meetings, showcasing our capabilities and values.
- Collaborate to Win - Partner with our talented team to develop winning bid strategies and secure project success.
What You Bring
Apart from a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, engineering, or a related field, you will bring:
- A demonstrably successful track record in business development, market research, or competitive analysis within the construction, industrial, or relevant sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, market research software, and data analysis tools.
- In-depth knowledge and network in the civil construction industry is a strong plus.
