Company Overview:

We are seeking a Floor Manager to join our team at our Warringah Mall store, where you will be an integral part of our management team.

The ideal candidate will have previous retail management experience, with skills in sales forecasting, stock control, and visual merchandising. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also required.

As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for leading the store team, driving sales culture, and ensuring excellent client service. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to achieve operational excellence.

This role involves working across various categories, including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness. You will be equipped with initial training and continuous learning opportunities to enhance your skills.

Salary: Up to $29.04 per hour, plus superannuation, commission, and weekend/public holiday loading.

Requirements:

  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
  • Availability for a 38-hour rotating roster, including late-night, weekend, and public holiday trading.
  • Previous retail management experience, preferably in areas such as profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management, and training.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
  • A strong leader who can motivate and coach team members to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional client service and creating a positive store culture.
