Senior Complex Case Manager

A complex case management specialist is required to resolve sensitive people matters at Australia's national science agency. This role involves managing the end-to-end process of misconduct, bullying, harassment, and discrimination cases.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage workplace investigations into misconduct, bullying, harassment, and discrimination.
- Undertake evidence-based analysis and prepare clear findings and recommendations for senior management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective resolution of cases.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in human resource management, business management, industrial relations, or a related field.
- Specialized workplace investigation qualifications and at least five years' experience conducting workplace or regulatory investigations.
- Proven ability to research, interpret, and apply legislation and policies in ambiguous situations.
- Strong judgment, independence, and risk-based decision-making in handling complex cases.
