Marketing Expert Wanted

We are seeking a skilled marketing expert to join our team in Sydney, Australia. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing successful marketing strategies to promote our portfolio of recruitment software products.

This is a full-time opportunity that requires a strong understanding of modern marketing techniques, including inbound and outbound marketing methods. You will work closely with our global marketing team, sales, product management, and external partners to achieve revenue goals.

  • You will focus on demand generation and campaign management, collaborating with sales and our global marketing team to align marketing efforts with revenue targets.
  • You will be responsible for localizing global marketing strategies to ensure cultural relevance for Australia and New Zealand.
  • You will drive the planning and execution of in-person and virtual event marketing and sponsorship, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and customer meetups.
  • You will own social media management, building brand awareness and driving engagement among recruitment agencies, tracking performance, growth, and campaign impact, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • You will work with designers and content teams to create high-impact marketing collateral, ensuring consistency in brand messaging across all channels and tailoring content to different audience segments.
  • You will ensure alignment with stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration across product marketing and customer success teams, presenting campaign performance insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A good understanding of software and ideally 1-2 years of experience in a successful marketing manager role.
  • A strong grasp of modern marketing strategies, including both inbound and outbound marketing methods.
  • Strong verbal, written presentation, and analytical skills, as well as a curious and growth mindset.
  • The ability to work independently while contributing as a team player across time zones, confident and willing to experiment with new ideas, concepts, tools, and approaches to business development using outcome-based metrics.
  • The ability to leverage AI-powered marketing tools to drive smarter and faster decision-making, driving execution cross-functionally with competing deadlines and priorities.
  • Self-motivation, with a sense of urgency and a strong customer focus.
