Learning and Development Specialist

The Learning and Development Specialist plays a pivotal role in safeguarding the organisation against potential risks by enhancing individual and organisational risk capability. This involves strategically executing learning and development initiatives that support the effective implementation of our risk management framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training best practices and standards across various business units.
  • Ensure effective execution of required training programs and foster strong partnerships with business leaders and stakeholders.
  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with the business.
  • Design comprehensive educational solutions to address identified gaps.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs by collecting and analysing data, preparing detailed reports, and making recommendations for improvement based on feedback and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in learning and development roles, ideally in the financial service industry.
  • Prior experience working with design and delivering training & information to employees.
  • Strong communication skills across all levels of the organisation with the ability to inspire teams.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to influence and align diverse audiences.
