We are seeking highly skilled and professional receptionists to represent world-renowned global automotive brands across the Melbourne Airport area.
About the Role:- As a temporary receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of a high-end automotive dealership or corporate office in the Melbourne Airport areas.
- You will liaise with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless front-of-house experience.
- Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage busy switchboards and handle general enquiries efficiently.
- Book and maintain meeting rooms and coordinate visitor sign-ins effectively.
- Prepare refreshments for clients and guests.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
- Collaborate with departments, including service teams and sales teams.
- Prior experience in reception or front-of-house roles is preferred.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation are essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Multitasking and stakeholder engagement skills are necessary.
- A positive, proactive attitude is vital.
