  • Drive growth of the business by leveraging off new business enquires and referrals
  • Negotiate terms with underwriters and maintain strong relationships with insurers
  • Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients

Requirements:

  • Tier 1 Broking qualifications are essential
  • Strong background in the insurance industry with technical product knowledge
  • Strong networking abilities, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in the insurance industry with business development experience
