Senior Account Executive

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Business Development Manager to drive growth in our insurance business. This role will play a key part in shaping the future of our business by driving both new and existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met
- Drive growth of the business by leveraging off new business enquires and referrals
- Negotiate terms with underwriters and maintain strong relationships with insurers
- Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients
Requirements:
- Tier 1 Broking qualifications are essential
- Strong background in the insurance industry with technical product knowledge
- Strong networking abilities, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in the insurance industry with business development experience
