This is a payroll specialist position where you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process for a team of circa 300 employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Auditing and ensuring accuracy of payroll systems
  • Supporting HR, Finance, and other teams as needed

This role is ideal for someone with strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables, and a solid understanding of multi-state payroll requirements, awards, legislation, and taxation.

The successful candidate will have confidence in auditing and managing payroll systems, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to confidentiality.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience managing end-to-end payroll and running the payroll department for 300+ employees
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with HR, Finance, and other teams
