About Our Community Role:

We are seeking a passionate outdoor enthusiast to join our team as a Community Marketing Ambassador in Tasmania.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Be the face of our brand, fostering relationships and facilitating events with local communities.
  • Develop and execute a regional community marketing event calendar, ensuring seamless setup, hosting, teardown, and liaison with stakeholders while managing demo products.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with local partners and ambassadors to guarantee smooth event execution, generate content, and support community initiatives.
  • Collaborate with our Community Marketing Coordinator to refine community strategies and enhance their implementation.
  • Oversee updates to our community zone as directed, maintaining its accuracy and relevance.
  • Provide regular reports on local community events and initiatives, highlighting key findings and insights.
  • Assist with community activations for wholesale partners as needed, ensuring alignment with our brand values.

Key Qualifications:

  • A strong connection to the Australian outdoor industry, with experience in rock climbing, hiking, trail running, or snow sports.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on logistics and timeline management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking, to engage with diverse audiences.
  • Passion for community engagement, outdoor events, and building partnerships that drive meaningful connections.
