Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic direction and leadership as a director within the leadership team.
- Develop a communication strategy and prepare advice on emerging stakeholder issues.
- Lead the development of a Community of Practice related to Child Safe Standards.
- Engage with government and non-government stakeholders regarding organisational compliance.
- Oversee education activities and presentations on operational matters.
- Provide specialist advice on engagement techniques and practices.
- Implement measures to evaluate stakeholder engagement effectiveness.
- A current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications.
- A current driver's license.
