Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage common law claims, gathering information and determining claim outcomes
  • Prepare court matters, collate Briefs, and organise conferences
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure claim outcomes meet company objectives
  • Perform general administrative duties, drafting legal notices and correspondence

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of WorkCover litigation paralegal experience or Workers Compensation Claims Advisor experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
